Golf
Scotland on a relaxing small
group vacation of the home of golf.
Welcome
to Scotland, the Home of Golf. The ancient game of golf is synonymous
with Scotland and has been played here for hundreds of years. One
of the most popular sports in the country, it is enjoyed by people
of all ages and capabilities. For the local and visitor alike, Scotland
is a golfers paradise, with both legendary championship courses,
and hundreds of smaller , intimate locations set amid dramatic scenery
or along the coast.
"
Scotland is the home of golf, rugged and
romantic, friendly and affordable and
the world’s number one golf destination. "
We can tailor a golfing Package to suit any of your needs, any number
of people, both players and non players alike. Simply let us know
when you would like to play, where and how many in your party, we
can then discuss it with you and make an itinerary to suit your
requirements.
With
such a rich history and heritage, and a choice of over 540 challenging,
scenic and welcoming courses, the choice is endless in Scotland.
Perhaps you just want to combine golfing in Scotland with a wee
bit of sight-seeing along the way. Golf in Scotland is unlike golf
in any other Country in the world, as you would expect in the land
of its birth! The most famous courses, at St Andrews, are public
courses; owned neither by club nor by company. There are a number
of famous resorts: Gleneagles and Turnberry to name but two; and
then there are the private members’ clubs: from the Honourable Company
of Edinburgh Golfers at wonderful Muirfield; to Machrihanish on
the Mull of Kintyre, a remote part of the west coast.
Perhaps
you will be accompanied by a non-golfing partner who wants to shop
or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of our beautiful country.
Whatever it you want to do, we will enjoying sharing with you our
traditional warm Scottish hospitality. We will provide the kind
of advice and service that will ensure your golfing trip to Scotland
is exactly what you had in mind. Interested ?
